and then there was nothing

i have come to the conclusion that my life is very boring, due to sitting here at my computer for ten minutes and not being able to come up with one good blogging idea. Nothing has happened much in the last week or so, nor is anything expected to come up in the next week.

Well, there is one exciting thing; I got accepted into college. It's a good one, and alot of people I know are going there around the same time I will. Sadly, i don't know what their view of blogging is, so i might not be able to keep up this blog.

out with the old, in with the new, and on to college i go next August!

since it was a hero that started me blogging, it seems good to post on heriosm in general

What is a hero? To me, a hero is not someone who does a great thing, but who does many little things. A bum who saves a baby's life once isn't a hero, but a coal-miner who buys his pals lunch is, to me. The brave and courageuos in this world aren't the strong, the rich, the prodigies. They are just normal people like me and you: parents, school-kids, mechanics. All it takes is a little faith in God and some good will.

So, what do think a hero is?

the big blue marble

Today we finished cleaning and are completely moved in to our wonderful home. We are well set to go now: a good church, high-speed internet, some good friends nearby. But I digress.

The real purpose of this post is to introduce to you the grand program Google Earth. Its acool program that lets you view the earth from all angles. You can also search for places, too. A good friend of mine showed it too me; he lives nearby and we can see each other's house on Google Earth. Way sweet.

This is my house, and in the upper-left corner you can see my friend's house.

I am Miles. My blogging capabilities have never been tapped, but perhaps they will grow.

I work in a small office where nothing much goes on. We get our assignments, we do our assignments, we go home. Nothing much to comment on there.

At home, I like to spend time writing various papers for school or play. Currently, I'm writing several screenplays set in a fictional past.

If there is anything else to add, it will not be posted as this post is rather boring. Consider it done, and if you think you could do better, feel free to comment or get a blog of your own.
